How it works
Twelve one-to-one sessions, online or in person here in the Hawke’s Bay, just you and me.
The programme moves through six chapters, two sessions each. We begin inside — who you are now — and work outward, chapter by chapter, until the work reaches your voice and your relationships.
Each session starts with your own experience. We make sense of it together, find the tool that fits, and turn it into a small daily practice you carry between sessions. Three practices run the length of the programme — noticing without judgement, self-compassion that is both soft and firm, and presence in your own body. By the end they are yours, for good.

Self-portrait now. Your values, your strengths, what matters most at this point in your life.
What has shifted, and what you are beginning to want.
Chapter two — Mapping my energy and meaning
What’s most meaningful in your life, and what is shifting
Where your energy actually goes, and aligning energy with meaning
Chapter three — Befriending my mind
Making friends with feelings. Meeting hard feelings without turning away, and tending yourself when it is difficult.
Challenging limiting beliefs. The inner critic, and the old beliefs that have kept you small.
Chapter four — Befriending my body
Coming home to your body. From criticism to a kinder relationship.
Your body as a guide. Reading what you sense, and acting on it.
Chapter five — Reclaiming my desire
Centreing your own wanting. Permission to want and to need, with your desire at the centre.
Pleasure and appetite. Desire as a force across your whole life.
Chapter six — My sovereign voice
Kind clarity. Asking for what you want, holding a boundary, repairing without losing yourself.
Integration, and what's next. Looking back at who you have become, looking toward the chapter ahead.

The workbook and the cards stay with you when the programme ends. The practices stay with you for good.
Pacing and investment
You choose how to pace the twelve sessions. The total is the same. A longer programme gives you more time, and a smaller monthly payment.
Weekly, over three months. Focused and intensive.
Fortnightly, over six months. A steady rhythm, with time to practise between sessions.
Monthly, over twelve months. The most spacious, and the lightest monthly payment.
The full programme is $3,000.
