Awaken (Sat and Sun)
Gather for morning practice with Bridget. Slow flow, intuitive movement and conscious breath. Soft and gentle.

Create Insight
A guided creative visualisation offering with Heather, to help you hear what you already know about what your body and spirit are calling out for.

Self-Tending with food
A self-healing cooking demonstration and tasting. Watch, taste, help, ask questions, and leave with the knowledge to recreate it at home.

Self-Tending with Scent
A slow, sensory experience of deliberate befriending of ourselves, using a bespoke healing flower oil created for our Retreat by Sarah Till.

Sweet Surrender (Fri and Sat)
Gather for an evening rest nest - gentle movement, restorative shapes, and guided rest, to surrender into stillness.

What’s included
All options include all meals (including plentiful snacks, tea and coffee and juices), your accommodation, all elements of the programme, and full retreat facilitation. All linen and towels included.

Shared Accommodation in the Lodge
Comfy bunks (bottom bunks only!) in shared rooms - clean, well set-up, and the full communal experience.

Twin Accommodation in a Hut
Ideal for friends who want to Retreat together. These will go quickly so get in quick, and book together.

Solo Accommodation
Your own private pod in the grounds - characterful, simple and entirely your own. Same full experience, with a little more solitude. Book early - there are only a maximum of three so we expect these to sell out first.
